Ingredients

  • 1 lb venison cut into strips
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 cup bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1 carrot cut into strips
  • 1 onion cut into strips
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • ½ cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  • In a plastic bag, add 1 tablespoon oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine vinegar, and venison. Stir, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours but up to 8 hours.

  • Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Sauté the onion, pepper, and carrot, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
